Once your return has arrived, it will be reviewed and processed within 14 days. The information sheet on our returns policy can be downloaded here.
Please note that returns from non-EU countries must be declared as a return. If incorrect labelling means we can only accept the return upon payment of a fee, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to deduct the costs incurred from the refund amount.

For small parcels (delivered to you by Swiss Post):
Our partner MyOrderGate will send you an email with a link through which you can register your return. Registration is mandatory, as otherwise we are unable to re-import your parcel back to Germany. Please also note that due to the re-import process, it may take several weeks for the return to arrive at our warehouse and be refunded. You can find more information here.
For large parcels (delivered to you by DHL Express):
For shipments delivered by DHL Express, please register your return via the William Walker returns portal. You can access it here: https://return.williamwalker.de/portal
The following costs apply for providing return labels and will be deducted from your refund:
Parcels up to 2 kg: 20,- CHF
Parcels over 2 kg: 30,- CHF
Please note:
The returns portal is automatically assigned based on the carrier that delivered your parcel — you are not able to choose freely. This means that even if you only want to return part of your order (e.g. just a collar), the rules for the overall parcel apply. If it was delivered by DHL Express, for example, you will need to use the William Walker portal. Each parcel also contains an information sheet with all further details about the returns process.
If you prefer a different size or a different product, you can also conveniently register an exchange through our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will automatically be applied to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received and checked by us.
