Application
We recommend using a suitable leather cleaning agent. When cleaning, please follow the individual instructions of the cleaning product used. If the collar is heavily soiled, a soft brush can be used to help. If you want to protect the lettering of the William Walker Logo Badge, you should exclude this area from any rubbing or brushing. After the water bath, the leather product should be rinsed once with clear water. Minor detergent residues are not a problem and ensure a lasting softness of the leather.
After hand washing, the product should be air-dried; the tumble dryer is not suitable. Once drying is complete, Nubuk and suede products should be briefly brushed. Generally, leather products should not be washed excessively, but only when careful dry cleaning is not sufficient. For long-lasting colour and stain protection, regular treatment with a suitable impregnating agent is recommended.
Important Notes
Please wear gloves when washing, as skin irritation may occur without gloves. Mixing different types of leather colours within one wash should be avoided, as discolouration cannot be ruled out. For coloured leather products where the dyes are not sufficiently fixed, the surface appearance may change. Avoid contact with the eyes at all costs. If this accidentally occurs, rinse the eye with water for several minutes. In case of emergency, consult a doctor. Please keep cleaning agents out of reach of children. Shake before use. Protect from frost.

For a straightforward and smooth return, we have set up a returns portal at return.williamwalker.de for you. There you can obtain a prepaid DHL return label for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can also send your return back using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, the fee does not apply.
Exchange:
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference. If it is cheaper, the difference will be credited to you. The new item will be shipped as soon as your return has been received and checked by us.
